Punch, Jab, Hook – Your Business is Knocked Out!

KnockOutBusiness

I gotta share this with you…

Bill, a member of my Business Growth Navigator program, posted this short note sharing his takeaways from my teachings in our forum about reasons why people are not doing well in business:

“Ouch!!! Adam’s Punch, Jab, Hook!
Do you have any defense?

>> Selling some wishy-washy stuff that nobody really buys.

>> Not taking the time to research your market.

>> No unique solution systems to offer.

>> Too lazy to put together a decent offer.

And finally…

>> If by some miracle you stumble upon a prospective client you have no idea how to have a powerful sales conversation.”

Ha! Well summed up, Bill!

You see, most folks don’t need crappy economy, or competitors, to knock them out of business…

They are pretty good at doing it themselves.

They are clueless why their sales suck!

But instead of doing anything about it, it’s just easier to blame the economy, the government, the global warming…

If you’re guilty of one of the above listed offenses – stop it. If you don’t know how – get some help!

How are you doing with reaching your biz goals?

    Wow Adam!
That’s too funny!LOL! Who would have ever thought, a real bad
local economy, wouldn’t be the main reason a person business
    and or service fails!LOL!

    You really made the case!Thanks

  • You know, Mark, the real lesson behind the sarcasm in this post is about TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. Most people don’t know how to build a business. But it’s easier to pass the blame instead of owning the problem and doing something about it.
