interacting with people - this book may be a good starting
point for you

Good, quick read from Harry Backwith with a lot of tid-bits
of information - take time to ponder on it. Good guide on
shifting from "it's about me" focus to "it's about my
customer" way of thinking. Relationships rule when you
sell, well... you.
